What if you didn't get the newsletter?

So we did the whole "forensic thing" and went through almost 10 years of customer data in order to match email addresses, follow up license transfers and check for newsletter subscriptions. A little over 50% of u-he customers opted for product information when they bought something. A few hundred mails bounced, of course!

On the other hand, we had a so-called "open rate" way beyond 50% which is really, really good. This suggests that more people are interested in our news than the experts predicted ;-)

So if you missed out on the newsletter last week (mid of June 2011), there's a big chance that we either didn't have your current email address in our system, or you didn't tick the tiny check box when you got our stuff. In either case, it might be a good idea to create an account here (under Support) and keep the newsletter ticked on. We don't spam, but we would love to keep you up to date - there are loads of updates in the pipeline!
