This support page is your gateway to everything relating to your account and your licenses.

You can log into your account (if you already have one), or create a new account here. If your current email address matches the one you used for any license purchase, you'll have immediate access to your license codes and/or soundset downloads. You can also manage your newsletter subscription.

Even if you don't want to create an account, you can still retrieve all your license info or contact us. We now have a neat 'ticket' system that lets us deal with any of your u-he troubles quickly and efficiently.
Privacy Note:

Your details on u-he's servers, computers or other storage media are kept confidental and will never be disclosed to any 3rd party without your express consent. Our payment processors and resellers never pass any critical information (credit card data etc.) on to us, so all we ever store is your contact and license info for the sole purpose of making our services available to you.
